DigipelagoArchipelago randomizer mod

Guess Digimon in a browser while DigiStorage, Digivolution and Attribute Keys expand the catchable pool. Each correct catch sends the next abstract Catch Slot check; choose a total-catch goal or target a specific level.

Source catalog Release Digipelago APWorld v0.1.0APWorld manifest World version 0.1.0.

The v0.1.0 package pins 922 Digimon and creates 922 abstract Catch Slots. A location means the player’s next successful catch, not a specific Digimon. Standard Goal is 100 total catches. Catch logic depends on storage capacity and the size of the pool unlocked by Digivolution and Attribute Keys; the client applies identity and evolution-line restrictions separately.

Browse the gameplay families that can send checks to your multiworld.

922 abstract catch slotsAll 922 Catch Slot locations are defined under standard options. Logic gates slot #k on enough DigiStorage capacity and a sufficiently large unlocked catchable pool; the slot number is a catch count, not a Digimon identity.

Playing with others

Each player has an individual Digipelago slot and browser session. Catch checks and item deliveries connect that slot to the shared Archipelago multiworld; Catch Slot numbers are per-slot catch counts.

Known scope and limitations

  • Archipelago 0.6.7 or later is required. Generate the seed locally because archipelago.gg does not include this World; the generated multiworld can then be hosted there or on a local server. Play through the separate browser client at digipelago.ap-pie.com.
  • The APWorld release includes a pinned 922-entry Digimon dataset, but the browser client is a separate repository and is not included in the release asset. No matching client revision or browser session was established for this review.
  • The tagged README describes an unofficial, non-commercial fan project. It says the repository's MIT license covers its own code only, that the dataset comes from Digi-API, and that the project does not host or distribute Digimon artwork. This is the maintainer's disclosure, not an independent rights review.
  • The APWorld documents client-side guessing modes and stamina behavior. Browser storage, external image requests, telemetry and sign-in behavior are outside the pinned World package and were not validated here.
