How the game changes
- World-access items unlock destinations; additional story items or stacked world items control progression within them.
- Weapons, accessories, spells, summons, trinities, abilities and stat upgrades can be sent to other games.
- Chests, event rewards, map prizes and level-ups provide checks.
- The default goal is Final Ansem. End-of-the-World access can require its item or a configured number of Lucky Emblems.
- Received items appear through the KH1 client and the game's information display.
Before you start
- This is Final Mix inside Steam's HD 1.5+2.5 ReMIX collection. Artwork and Steam review totals refer to that collection, not a separate KH1 purchase.
- English game language is required by the reviewed guide. Use OpenKH with Panacea and Lua Backend, then convert the room's KH1 patch with the KH1FM mod generator.
- Each generated seed needs its own built mod. A standalone randomizer seed is not a substitute for the Archipelago patch and KH1 Client.
- Fully close both game and client when changing rooms or slots: cached inventory can otherwise send checks from another run. Keep separate backed-up saves.
- Open reports describe generator working-directory issues and a Proton patch-extraction failure. Keep the generator's companion files together; Linux is not verified by this listing.
- The 0.11.0 release describes its Item Links fix tentatively. It should not be interpreted as a guarantee for every linked-item configuration.
