Source catalog Release La-Mulana 2 client ZIP, APWorld and YAML 1.0.61.0.6

World.json has 819 location rows, but 60 are local logic events with no AP network address. The addressable catalogue has 759 rows, plus three starting-shop slots generated only for a non-default starting area (762 candidates total). Static option flow yields 202 addressable checks by default. Potsanity (307), Glossanity (244), four costume checks and two DLC checks are opt-in. Random Dissonance defaults on and changes six Dissonance encounters to chest-style checks. This is a source count, not a generated seed or a runtime result.

Actions and milestones that can send a check to your multiworld.

762 locationsDefault marks checks from configurations selected by standard options; the generated set can still vary with logic and seed.

Playing with others

A solo La-Mulana 2 campaign exchanges items with other Archipelago worlds, with optional DeathLink. Players can participate at different times while the server remains available; connect while progressing. Standalone offline seeds do not exchange items with a multiworld.

Known scope and limitations

  • Use the paired 1.0.6 mod and lamulana2.apworld from the two release pages. The World declares Archipelago 0.6.7 or newer; the corresponding release notes identify tracker 2.0.6 or newer. A published stable tag is not evidence that every configuration was playtested.
  • The mod ZIP bundles BepInEx 5 and dependencies for the Windows Steam game. Linux uses the documented Proton/Wine loader route; native Linux, macOS and an independently tested Steam Deck configuration are not established here.
  • Before replacing the older standalone randomizer, restore its modified Assembly-CSharp.dll and remove added MonoMod files as the installation guide directs. Steam verification restores original files but does not remove extra mod files. Back up first.
  • Keep dedicated saves for each room and back up both native saves and BepInEx configuration. Shadow histories are keyed by seed, slot name and local save slot, but have no complete save-identity admission check. Their files are overwritten directly, so an interrupted write is not protected by an atomic backup transaction.
  • Reconnect using the correct room and slot. Connection phases and login timeouts are implemented, but checks are marked locally before an unawaited network send and no durable outbox retains offline checks. A failed send can require repeating the action where possible.
  • In glossary-hunt mode, the current client also treats the ordinary ending credits as completion, while the World requires the glossary target. Goal submission is asynchronous and its pending flag is cleared before completion is observed. Verify the intended target and server completion rather than relying on the credits alone.
  • Tower of Oannes options require owning the DLC. Costume Clip deliberately assumes a glitch; Tricky and Minimal logic require more demanding techniques. There are no implemented traps despite the included trap-style icon.
  • The room password is not saved in configuration, but the current input field displays it without masking. Use an explicit wss:// address when the server supports it; scheme-less addresses can fall back to plain WebSocket.
  • The optional tracker listener binds only to 127.0.0.1, but subscribers are not authenticated and browser origins are not checked. Keep it off when unused. Native shared-save co-op is not provided.
  • Twenty-eight APWorld files match the tagged source after newline normalization; the archive additionally contains two old backup modules. Complete dependency notices and an independent rebuild are not available in the reviewed package. This is a source/package evidence limitation, not a finding of unlawful distribution.
