Fight to the beat while other worlds unlock your arsenal, abilities and routes through Hell. Optional ability restrictions change which encounters are within reach.
The bundled overview says 150–500 checks. The source exposes 561 addable names as a union across options, not one seed. A static sum with every compatible check option enabled is 521 registered checks, 21 above the documented ceiling; the documentation and source-level estimate remain unreconciled until a seed is generated. This sum selects the larger per-type destructible mode; encounter-level and per-type destructible tracking are mutually exclusive. Default settings register 232 checks. No seed or game was run.
Actions and milestones that can send a check to your multiworld.
561 locationsDefault marks checks from configurations selected by standard options; the generated set can still vary with logic and seed.

Playing with others
One single-player rhythm-shooter run per slot, exchanging items with the multiworld. This listing does not imply shared-game co-op.
Known scope and limitations
Pair client 1.1.4 with APWorld 1.1.3 from the release downloads. The World requires Archipelago 0.6.7 or newer. Install the Windows IL2CPP edition of BepInEx and place the plugin folder under BepInEx/plugins; the guide also explains Proton setup.
Play the vanilla campaign first: the maintainer recommends reaching the end of Sheol before trying this randomizer. Configure the released player YAML, generate and host the room, then enter its host, player name and password through the in-game Archipelago menu.
Back up the normal save folder before installing. The mod suppresses native progression writes, including ordinary Leviathan progress while it is loaded. This does not establish complete recovery after a crash or a different hosted seed.
Enable paid weapon, outfit and song content only when your installation owns it. The plugin checks game DLC ownership and does not supply those game assets. Client-side equipment variants may also need matching configuration.
The maintainer reports compatibility with older 1.1.x seeds, but available-location displays can be inaccurate for those seeds. Prefer the paired World for a new room.
The new Archdevil toggle is off by default, but a lower starting difficulty can still leave an Archdevil item in the reviewed pool-building branch. Check difficulty settings before planning a less demanding run.
Remain connected for checks and the final boss. Locally completed checks and queued effects do not have an atomic persistent resend mechanism. After an interruption, verify important checks and received consumables on the room.
Restart the game before switching seeds or completing another slot. Session reuse identifies the address and player name without a seed identity, and the already-sent victory flag is not reset when changing connections.
Connection passwords enter the mod configuration; treat that file as private. Use an explicit wss:// server address when supported to avoid fallback to unencrypted transport.
