GAME MECHANICS

Browse possible checks, rewards and settings. What appears in your game depends on your World options.

Source catalog Release Client 0.4.0 / World 0.4.2

255 reward checks in a seed. The catalogue shows 264 possibilities because the nine local map rewards and nine Progressive-mode rewards replace one another. Sein is a fixed Spirit Flame check by default; starting with Sein frees it for a randomized reward.

Actions and milestones that can send a check to your multiworld.

Playing with others

Each participant explores their own Ori save and Archipelago slot. Pickups send assigned rewards to the multiworld; incoming items change the local abilities, inventory and travel routes. Optional DeathLink shares deaths according to the chosen filter and count.

Known scope and limitations

  • Use client v0.4.0 with the reviewed APWorld v0.4.2 for Definitive Edition. The maintainer explicitly supports this 0.4.x pairing. The World manifest itself does not declare a minimum Archipelago version; its release includes an Archipelago 0.6.7 generator.
  • World logic represents reachable trees, maps and the Horu route, while the client checks actual visits and the configured finish. A source review does not establish completion of a played seed.
  • Extreme combined settings can overfill the pool: 50 fragments, 11 relics, doubled keystones, nine extra mapstones and Extra Skills exceed the 255 checks by six items. The source does not trim the extra items.
  • Coordinates in technical details come from the tagged client’s world table. Readable labels expand the source landmarks; they are not a newly verified navigation guide.
  • The client DLL was inventoried and hashed, but not rebuilt or run. Follow the documented BepInEx x86 5.4.23.2 setup, restore the game to vanilla before installing, and use the matched client and World.
