Compatibility notes
- Stardew Valley 1.6, SMAPI and a matching 7.x mod are required by the reviewed Archipelago guide.
- Sharing one farm in native multiplayer is not supported by the reviewed guide. Separate Stardew slots can still participate in the same multiworld.
- Unsupported extra mods can produce incompatible behavior. Existing open reports include cutscene and trap interactions.
- The game's own macOS and Linux availability does not establish mod compatibility; this entry currently lists the reviewed Windows setup.
- The reviewed stable mod remains 7.4.27. Version 8.1.7, published on October 2, 2026, is explicitly a prerelease. Its compatibility and changes are not covered by the badges for this 7.x build.
