How the game changes

  • Technology blueprints replace their normal fragment-discovery progression with multiworld items.
  • PDAs and technology lockers send checks; optional creature scans expand the pool.
  • Choose escape, curing the infection, reaching maximum infection or repairing the Aurora drive as the goal.
  • An in-game tracker points toward remaining checks, and DeathLink can be toggled.

Before you start

  • Extract all files from the mod archive into the game directory, not only the BepInEx folder. Proton requires the documented winhttp override.
  • Protect vanilla saves and start a new Archipelago run. The guide warns that the client does not verify that a loaded save belongs to the selected multiworld.
  • Relaunch the game before reloading a save: returning to the main menu does not reliably clear mod state.
  • Enter updated server details before loading a save if its address has changed. Shared-world multiplayer mods are not part of this reviewed setup.
