How the game changes

240 checks by default across 169 Cats, 16 Strange Cats, eight switches and 47 shop costumes. Final-stage and hidden-costume settings expand the catalog to 251.
Received Cat and Strange Cat counters, colored switch flags, an optional Pastry Basket and weighted Costume or trap fillers form fifteen item types.
Extra Button Walls shuffle colors across nine connections; fixed switch gates remain. The two yellow halves combine into the full yellow unlock.
Take the Crows or final-boss ending, optionally after meeting Cat Hunt. Final-boss mode forces the final stage and Strange Cat randomization.

Explore game mechanics

Before you start

Use the referenced CatPlanetSuperAP.zip distribution and scp.apworld from v0.1.4b. The delivered YAML requires Archipelago 0.6.3; the package has no numeric World-version manifest. The README uses older executable/archive names and older default-setting prose.
The repository contains World sources but no client source project. Selected receipt and victory paths were inspected in the executable’s embedded bytecode; no native session or complete executable reconstruction was performed.
Local Cat Percentage is a hidden field without an identified placement implementation in this World or a matching field in the embedded client. Do not rely on its advertised local percentages.
Cat Hunt checks the received count at the ending interaction. Ending early requires taking it again. Target 170 also requires Include Final Stage, since the normal pool contains only 169 Cat items.
The maintainer documents resynchronization only for randomized progress. Disabled-randomization state is not reconstructed after deleting a save.
The Windows distribution includes the executable and embedded game data. Redistribution permissions have not been independently established by this mechanics review.
