How the game changes
- Solving important panels sends checks; environmental puzzles can join the pool.
- Puzzle symbols become unlockable items. Optional door keys and lasers change access to the island.
- Many puzzle solutions are regenerated, while some areas retain their original puzzles.
- An optional map tracker follows collected items and completed checks; audio logs can provide hints.
Before you start
- The reviewed setup explicitly requires the 64-bit Windows game.
- The game and its correct save must be loaded before connecting the external randomizer client.
- Linux and Proton are not listed as supported here: the issue tracker contains a Proton startup report.
- Version 9.1.0 restores compatibility with the beta APWorld that was missing from 9.0.0.
