How the game changes
- Checks: Adventure and enabled side-mode clears, selected waves and Crazy Dave shop purchases.
- Items: Plants, area or individual level unlocks, seed slots, tools, shop access, capacity and optional consumables or traps.
- Goal: Defeat Dr. Zomboss after meeting configured level, area, overall-clear and optional Taco Hunt quotas.
- Options: Adventure progression, side modes, wave/shop counts, plant and zombie randomisation, conveyor/Vasebreaker variants, plant statistics, traps and optional multiworld links.
Before you start
- Use the v1.10.2 APWorld with the client archive named replanted_archipelago_v1.10.1.zip. The maintainer explicitly keeps the 1.10.1 client for this World-only release; both use generation protocol 1.10. The YAML game name is Plants vs. Zombies. Install MelonLoader into your owned Steam Replanted copy, then place both supplied DLLs in Mods.
- Individual Adventure level items force Fast Goal. Keep an explicit level, area or Taco quota if you want progression before the final battle; zero quotas make the boss accessible immediately, but defeating Dr. Zomboss is still required.
- For Taco Hunt, prefer a quota that produces a whole-number required count. The World keeps a fractional threshold while the client converts it to an integer, so exact goal agreement for every percentage is not established.
- A disconnect returns to the frontend and may require restarting the current level. Reconnect reconstructs inventory, but offline check transmission and interrupted consumable application are not fully protected. Back up native profiles and keep each profile associated with its intended room and slot.
- The actual World manifest is 1.10.2 although the tagged source manifest says 1.10.3; its eight Python modules match. Exact game-patch/loader compatibility, complete package notices and image provenance were not established, and no independent gameplay test is claimed.
