750 possible checks across both ending routes; Full Game contains 748 and Shura 592. With default options, 727 rewards are shuffled and 21 stay local (19 carp drops, the prosthetic and Mushin text). Excluding a check restricts its reward; it does not remove the check.

Playing with others

Each player controls a separate Sekiro save connected to an Archipelago slot. Checks can send rewards to other games, and this slot can receive its items from elsewhere. Optional DeathLink relays full deaths or any zero-HP event; it does not create shared-world co-op.

Known scope and limitations

  • Use Sekiro 1.06, Archipelago 0.6.7 or later, the v1.0.1 APWorld and the companion client tagged 1.0.1. The client generates mod data for the selected slot; run the game offline as documented.
  • The ending choice is still made in the game. Choosing the opposite route can leave the configured goal unfinished. Enemy randomization can produce difficult or invalid encounters; the supplied guide recommends disabling it for large asynchronous rooms.
  • Skills as item pickups require randomized skill/prosthetic trees. Extremely restrictive fixed-location choices can leave insufficient filler to insert the required skill and region-unlock items; generation then rejects the combination.
  • The World sources and client presets were checked against the published packages. Client executable correspondence, Windows/Linux runtime behavior and a completed multiworld were not tested.
