Compatibility notes

  • Use both 0.1.8 components: the named Ender Magnolia APWorld and EnderMagnolia.Randomizer.zip. Extract the client beside the Steam game executable in EnderMagnolia/Binaries/Win64, then launch the game. This remains an early release.
  • Start with a separate new save and keep backups. The client does not validate an AP seed/slot identity against the loaded game save, and switching its item source can modify live game tables.
  • Prefer connecting before starting the save. The review could not establish reliable recovery when scouting completes after game initialization, when the connection drops during a check, or when a completed ending must be reported after reconnecting.
  • Receipt counters are saved on the server separately from the game. Interrupted saves, restored saves and repeated delivery can leave items and counters out of sync; lossless recovery is not established.
  • The packaged setup and overview documents remain TODO. Release notes provide extraction instructions, but a complete AP generation and first-connection walkthrough is still missing.
  • Keep boss/enemy replacement and decoupled transitions for experimental runs. Allow Multiple Skills changes combat freedom without being modeled by the access logic. Keep chapter bounds in ascending order.
  • Windows x64 is the delivered platform. Fixed game hooks have no exact game-version guard, and Linux/native co-op compatibility is not established. This is a native in-game client, not the Ender Lilies LiveSplit component.
  • The APWorld and delivered identifier tables were matched; the native DLL and frozen generator lack complete source/build correspondence. Review conclusions describe visible code and packaging, not an independent playtest.
